Duke has had a rough start in life, but there's hope for a brighter future. This gentle soul is about 1.5 years old and believed to be a mix of Lab and Golden Retriever. He came to us after being mistreated and left outside, where he was starving. With the help of caring neighbors, we were able to rescue him so that he can finally live the life he deserves. Duke is calm, friendly, and gets along well with both kids and other dogs. He’s the kind of boy that will fit seamlessly into a loving family. This sweet guy promises to return the affection he receives. He’s currently in Alabama but will be making his way to Maine soon, ready to find his forever home.
