About Cinnamon

Please meet Cinnamon! After being found as strays, Cinnamon and her sister Piper are both in search of a permanent address to call their very own. Cinnamon has been spayed, vetted, microchipped, and has received a clean bill of health from our vet. The last box for Cinnamon to check off is to find a family of her very own. Please read on for her story, and for instructions on how to request an application for her! Keep your eye out for her sister Piper's listing as well! Here is what we know about CINNAMON: - Cinnamon is @ 5-6 months old now, and weighs between 30-35lbs. - Cinnamon and her sister Piper were found as strays a few months ago, so not much is known about their early start to life. Based on their physical characteristics and dispositions, our vet's best guess for breed mashup for these girlies are lab x with Belgian Malinois and/or German Shepherd mixed in. - We anticipate Cinnamon being on the larger side when full grown, likely between 60-80lbs or so. - Cinnamon is a happy, healthy, and rambunctious pup who will need a family up to the fun challenges of puppyhood! - Cinnamon is very much still a puppy sos he will need lots of training and reinforcements to learn proper doggy manners and behavior when she gets to her forever home. She is smart and eager to please, but her new family will need to have patience as she learns. Foster mom reports that she is doing really well thus far with house training, kennel training, and leash walking. - Cinnamon is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has received a clean bill of health. - Cinnamon currently lives happily in her foster home with other dogs and gets along just fine with them. We think she would do fine as an only dog, but she would love a playmate who could handle some puppy playtime! - Cinnamon also lives with cats in her foster home and while she's a bit rambunctious we think she would likely do fine with a dog savvy cat who could tolerate some puppy antics! - Cinnamon would make a great family dog for kids 6+ who won't be intimidated by her size and are old enough to understand doggy boundaries. She loves kids, and would love to grow up alongside kid siblings! - Foster mom reports that Cinnamon is very friendly, well behaved, and loves to be petted. She is an active girl who would make a fantastic running partner in an active family. What we love about Cinnamon: She's a great girl! Is Cinnamon the one for you? If so, she's got her doggie bags packed and is ready to make her way home to you! Her adoption fee is $400! That covers all of his vetting and care up until the point of adoption. If interested, please reach out to Brittany at Brittany.pacne@gmail.com and she will break down the adoption process for you and send you an application link! *Paws & Claws New England, a/k/a Paws and Claws Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization made up of volunteers and fosters who devote their time and love to help save homeless dogs and cats.
