About Mae

Meet Mae! Mae is a delightful 6-month-old Border Collie and Alaskan Malamute mix with a heart as big as her fluffy paws. She's a friendly girl who adores everyone—people, dogs, you name it! Whenever there's a new friend nearby, Mae is ready to say hello. Like most young pups, Mae has plenty of energy and a love for playtime. She’s learning to settle down after her adventures. During recent walks, she behaved beautifully on the leash, stopping occasionally to greet everyone she passed. Mae is building her confidence and looks to her humans for reassurance in unfamiliar situations. Though she enjoys having canine companions, she doesn’t necessarily need another dog in her home to thrive. She’s making excellent strides in potty training and is great in her crate. Mae sleeps through the night there, eats her meals happily, and is content to relax when left alone for a couple of hours. Don’t overlook one of Mae’s standout features: her incredibly soft coat! Petting her is like snuggling a little cotton ball. If you’re searching for a sweet, fluffy companion who’s eager to learn and grow with her family, Mae could be the perfect match for you. Mae is being fostered in Mead, Colorado. *Adoption requires coming to Colorado, as we do not transport dogs.* What are you waiting for? Apply today!
