Jasper is 1.5 years old and is a Special Needs Boy who has been diagnosed as Neuro-dysfunctional and mostly blind. Because of his brain problem he has a difficult time thinking clearly. Jasper is a fun, active boy who loves attention, playing and running around. He is really good at not running into things being he can see shadows. Now for the quirky part – Jasper knows he has to potty but if he cannot get outside, he will go wherever. He loves to play but only knows how to grab with his teeth – he has no bite inhibition. He cannot be with any other pets as he gets overly excited and dogs get hurt. Jasper has seen many vets and trainers – this is who he is, but we never give up hope that with the right person he can learn.
