Phoebe’s story starts in a driveway, picked up by a vet tech when she was just five weeks old and covered in fleas. With vaccines off the table at her age, she spent her first weeks with the rescue in isolation. Once she recovered, she didn’t waste time making her big personality known. She’s full of untapped energy, runs wild with zoomies, can be feisty, and makes her opinions heard. Phoebe adores food, toys, and a good chat. She’s not yet house trained, but is clever and highly motivated. Because of her size and spunk, any adopter must have experience with tiny dogs.
