About Milo
Milo is a 2-year-old, 66-pound pit bull terrier/boxer mix with a brindle and white coat and a short, easy-care coat. He came to the shelter after his previous owner couldn't keep him, but he hasn't let that dampen his friendly, affectionate spirit. Milo is full of love and thrives on attention, always eager to play and interact. He does very well with other dogs at the shelter and has always been a house dog, though he's not yet fully house trained. He’s been handling kennel life, but does experience separation anxiety and would do best with someone who’s around often or can offer a sturdy crate when alone, as he can get anxious and pace, which sometimes leaves his paws sore. He’s looking for a steady, kind adopter who can give him the stability and company he craves. If playing with other dogs and having a loving companion sounds like home to you, Milo could fit right in. Adoptions at Columbiana County Dog Pound & Adoption Center are in-person and by appointment.
