About Lucy Cs
Lucy is a spayed female red and white coonhound around three years old who came in as a stray. She’s eager for attention, ready to flop over for belly rubs, and adores treats—especially peanut butter. Lucy already knows how to sit and is learning "down." She’s house-trained, sleeps quietly through the night in her crate, and handles the leash well, though her excitement might lead to a little pulling sometimes. In her foster home, Lucy’s shown herself to be affectionate and pretty laid back. She gets along with other dogs easily and has no hint of food aggression or guarding. She isn’t very interested in toys or chews but absolutely loves her couch cuddles. Despite enjoying company, she’s independent enough to be content relaxing on her own. Lucy is looking for a loving home where she’ll have plenty of affection, cozy lounging, and gentle people. She’d make a loyal, sweet companion who’s ready for a fresh start in Columbia, MD.
