About Dreamer
Dreamer is a sweet, goofy Shepherd mix who lights up when there's a toy in sight—balls, squeaky toys, and rope toys are all fair game for playtime. He’s picked up advanced skills in Wayside’s Peace Academy program, giving him tools to keep his energy in check. Dreamer comes with a free 30-minute private training session to help you both start strong. He already knows some commands and is always eager to learn more, especially if treats are involved. Play means everything to him, and he thrives with people who embrace his zest for life. Dreamer is looking for a home with children 6 and older who can keep up with his playful, upbeat spirit. He’ll do best in an active household where adventure isn’t an afterthought—walks, hikes, and exploring new spots are right up his alley. Dreamer would enjoy having a playful dog sibling, and Wayside recommends a meet-and-greet before adopting to ensure everyone gets along. With the right mix of patience, encouragement, and reward, Dreamer is ready to be the loyal, joyful companion you’ve been hoping for. He’s also eligible for a 7-10 day trial stay so you can see if he’s your perfect match. Click apply to start the adoption process.
