Join us at Merriam Petsmart and meet your perfect match. We’ll have DOGS, PUPPIES & KITTIES ready to steal your heart! SATURDAY, APRIL 18 from 12-3PM: DOG ADOPTION EVENT at the OLATHE PETSMART at 119th & Strang Line with volunteers from Heart of America Humane Society. We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes! -------- KEVIN is a super cute Shepherd/Husky mix! He's a friendly guy who loves people. He's very curious and loves to explore-- he keeps very busy in the play yard checking everything out! Kevin is a talker! He chatters and lets you know his opinion! Kevin is great with other dogs. He was hanging out with two other Shepherd/Husky mixes when he was picked up. The trio of hooligans had broken into a chicken coop, but didn't hurt any of the chickens! Kevin is 3 years old and he weighs 83 lbs. This funny, entertaining guy will be a wonderful addition to his new family! ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
