SATURDAY, MARCH 14 from 12-3PM: DOG ADOPTION EVENT AT the OLATHE PETSMART at 119th & Strang Line with volunteers from Heart of America Humane Society. We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes! ——————— HAROLD is an absolute sweetheart! This handsome guy is a little bit timid, but he is gentle and he loves attention. Harold came in with a skin infection. He was a perfect patient while getting his skin treated. He's on some meds for a while longer but he's already looking much better! Harold is good with other dogs. He is 4 years old and he weighs 62 lbs. This beautiful boy is ready for a new home where he'll be loved and cared for! ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
