About Milly

Milly is a two-year-old Shepherd mix who was picked up as a stray alongside her sister, abandoned in the Cadiz, OH area. She’s on the timid side at first, and new environments or people make her nervous; but with patience, her confidence grows and her affectionate side really comes out. Milly is currently participating in the Cell Dog Training Program at Belmont Correctional Institution, where she’s learning the basics of obedience. She’s already crate trained, housebroken, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. She gets along well with other dogs and would do well in a caring family setting, especially with people who can give her a little time to settle in and trust. Ready to meet your new best friend?
