About Rosie
Rosie is a young, medium-sized bulldog/mountain cur mix from Houston, TX with a knack for charming just about everyone she meets—cats, dogs, and toddlers included. She began her story on a rough note when she was found with her puppies at a local Petco, only for her pups to be taken by someone else, leaving Rosie behind. Despite all this, she has kept a gentle, loving temperament and eagerly seeks human companionship and canine buddies alike. Rosie thrives with another dog to play with and finds comfort in the company of her shepherd foster brother, trailing after him and learning good manners. She’s calm and likes to please, picks up new things quickly, and generally prefers being around people or in daycare over long stretches of alone time. Her temperament is chill, making her adaptable, friendly, and a quick study. Rosie is both spayed and fully vaccinated, weighing in at about 55 lbs. She is kept on heartworm and flea preventative and is heartworm negative. She's reliable in the house and prefers a home with a fully fenced yard—no electric or underground fences, please. Rosie fits easily into a home with kids and other pets. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
