About Rosie
Rosie is a 4-year-old Mountain Cur/Bulldog mix with a sweet, gentle soul and a loving nature. She gets along beautifully with cats, dogs, and toddlers, making her a wonderful fit for homes with other pets or young children. Found abandoned with her puppies, Rosie has shown incredible resilience and affection toward people and animals alike. In her foster home, she enjoys playing and learning from her German shepherd brother, and she picks up good manners quickly. Rosie is very calm but playful and thrives with companionship—she’d do best in a home where she isn’t left alone all day. If you have another friendly dog or access to a quality daycare, that’s a big plus for her. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and kept up to date on preventatives. At about 55 lbs with a short brown coat, Rosie is house trained and very eager to make her humans proud. A fully fenced yard (not electric or underground) is required to keep her safe. While she’s currently fostered in Texas, Rosie can travel across the U.S. and even to Canada to meet her perfect match. She’s affectionate, smart, and ready for her new home. Give this lovely girl the fresh start she deserves—your new best friend might just be Rosie. Start your journey together! Apply now.
