About Nina
Nina is that rare mix of happiness and calm in a pocket-sized pittie body. At three years old, she tips the scale around 45 lbs, though she’ll be a bit lighter once she's finished nursing. Nina loves her people fiercely—she’s a true Velcro dog who wants to be right by your side. Toss her a ball or stuffed toy and watch the zoomies begin, though her stuffies won’t last long around her jaws. She’s easy with other dogs, gentle with kids, and makes friends quickly. Life hasn’t always been easy for Nina. She delivered nine puppies in a busy Texas shelter but handled motherhood with quiet dedication and care. She’s wrapping up her mom duties now, ready to step into a family’s everyday life by mid-June. Nina thrives in social settings and can settle nicely into the rhythms of family activity. She’s currently in Mead, CO. Adopters must travel to Colorado to meet and take her home; no transport available. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
