About Sleepy
Donât let Sleepyâs name (or his siblingsâ names) fool youâthis sturdy pack is anything but fragile. Alongside his mom, Lola, Sleepy and his seven siblings started out with more grit than fairy-tale magic. Rescued as puppies after their mom kept them hidden and safe in Texas, theyâre now all settling into new routines and waiting for homes of their own. Sleepy is one of six brothers (with sisters Snow White and Fairy making up the rest of the crew). At just four months, heâs already pushing the size chart for German Shepherd/Pit Bull Terrier mixes, likely destined for medium to large stature. His confident build comes matched by a fun mix of personalitiesâsleepy at times, goofy, sometimes shy, always curious. Some in the group act fearless and bold, while others, like Sleepy, take things in stride. His momâs features lean Shepherd, and a DNA test is pending to help sort out the rest. If youâre after a young dog with a quirky edge, stable early socialization, and the potential to grow up into both a loyal companion and a striking adult, Sleepy could fit the bill. He is house trained, neutered, vaccinated, gets along with dogs, cats, and children, and heâs ready to trade in his rescue past for a permanent spot on your team. Your new best friend is just one click away.
