Peaches is a sweet, resilient 8–9 month old boy who is ready for a fresh start and a family who will truly cherish him. His journey began in Saudi Arabia after he was abandoned by a neighbor and left to fend for himself. In those first few weeks, Peaches was understandably scared, spending his days hiding under cars and trying to stay safe. But little by little, his gentle nature won out, and he began to trust again, approaching people, seeking kindness, and showing just how friendly and loving he really is. A kind rescuer took him in despite already being stretched thin, determined to find him the home he deserved. Peaches was vaccinated, neutered, and placed with a family who initially seemed excited to adopt him. Sadly, just hours later, they called in the middle of the night asking for him to be taken back because they “didn't like him.” Fearing for his safety, his rescuer immediately brought him back. Despite everything, Peaches never lost his loving spirit. He settled in quickly with the other rescue cats, as if he had always belonged. He is social, affectionate, and especially thrives with other friendly, energetic cats, he would do best in a home with a playful feline companion. Peaches is now coming to the United States and will be arriving soon. *He will be ready to go to his forever home on June 17th.* After being let down more than once, Peaches deserves a family that will see him for who he truly is: a loyal, loving, and playful young cat who just wants to belong.
