Xena is a gentle, laid-back cat who’s come a long way from her feral roots. Rescued in November 2022 from a large colony, she has learned to enjoy affection and will happily soak up pets. She might seem a little shy with new people at first, but she warms up and can be picked up once she feels comfortable. At about 4 years old, Xena knows the value of a peaceful, steady routine and prefers being adopted with a buddy from rescue or into a home that already has another cat. She gets along well with other cats and, while not fully tested with dogs or young kids, she’s shown signs she’ll do just fine with calm introductions.
