About Titan

Meet Titan, a gentle giant looking for his next adventure. He’s a mix of Cane Corso and Great Dane, roughly 11 months old, and tips the scale at about 80 lbs. Titan’s previous family surrendered him because they worried he might knock over the little ones, but they share that he’s house-trained, good with older kids, and does well with other dogs. Volunteers say Titan has the personality of a huge puppy—always eager to please and unaware of just how much space he commands. He’s sweet-natured, gentle, and smart. He already knows commands like "sit," "stay," and "shake," and will thrive with further training and patience. Titan needs a family ready to provide exercise, structure, and affection to help him learn and grow. In return, you’ll get loyalty and a big, affectionate companion. If you’re after a massive, loving dog who hasn’t outgrown his puppy phase, Titan could be your perfect fit. Titan is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Come meet him in kennel 877 at Cobb County Animal Services. Ready to fall in love? Questions about Titan

  • What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?

Titan, with his Cane Corso and Great Dane mix, does best in a spacious home that allows him room to move and stretch out. He’ll benefit from a family committed to providing regular exercise and clear boundaries.

  • How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?

Large breed mixes like Titan thrive with access to a yard or outdoor space where they can run and play. Apartments can work if there’s a solid exercise routine, but more room is ideal.

  • Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?

Titan’s former family noted he is good with older children due to his size, but may unintentionally knock over smaller kids. With oversight, he can be a gentle and affectionate presence with kids who understand big dogs.
