About Madi
Madi has returned to Dogwood and is hoping this next home will be her last. She’s a young Border Collie mix around 10 months old, originally rescued from an overcrowded shelter with her brothers. Her previous adoption didn’t work out, but she came back through no fault of her own. This friendly, playful pup is eager to engage and quick to learn—she’s food motivated and picks up new cues fast. In true Border Collie fashion, Madi is energetic, smart, and needs both mental and physical activity to thrive. She sleeps quietly in her crate all night and heads straight outside in the morning for a potty break, so she has a strong start on house training. Madi needs a family that understands her drive and can give her plenty of structure, patient training, and outlets for her energy. She’s ready for a home that will challenge her mind and body. With guidance, she’ll become an outstanding companion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
