About Wanda
Meet Wanda, a black Labrador Retriever puppy with a birthday on April 7, 2026—which makes her a fiery Aries pup, ready to take on the world. At just 8 weeks old, she’s small now at 5 lbs, but she’ll likely grow into a sturdy 45-60 lbs as an adult. Everything is brand new to Wanda, but she’s taking it all in stride. Her days are filled with curiosity, goofy play, and bursts of sweetness. She'll happily curl up on your lap for a nap once her energy is spent. Wanda is working on her potty and crate training, showing early promise. She’s fostered in Richmond, VA and has had her vaccinations, deworming, and preventatives. She gets along with other dogs, so she’d easily join a multi-pet family. Adopters will need to be ready for training and ongoing socialization—she’s a blank slate right now. Spay surgery will be scheduled and covered by the rescue, but adopters need to be close enough to Richmond or Virginia Beach for this step. Wanda brings plenty of puppy charm and affection and is eager to meet her match. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
