About Sky
Sky doesn’t just turn heads—she stays glued to your side for every moment. This young Border Collie mix is about six months old and already shows off sit and shake like a pro. Sky and her mom were rescued running loose in Texas, but only Sky made it to safety. She’s taken that spirited survivor energy and turned it into affection and curiosity. Whether learning new tricks or just checking in on her people, Sky is alert, eager, and quick to attach. She weighs around 40 pounds and fits comfortably into a medium-sized dog role. Dog, cat, and kid friendly, she adapts easily to new friends and environments. Her affection comes bundled with some separation anxiety—she’ll bark when left in her kennel. Still, she works with a trainer and is already making progress in feeling secure alone. That persistence and smarts are classic for her breed. If what you want is a loyal, loving, clever companion who thrives on bonding, Sky brings a heart as open as her future. Oh, and as a Sagittarius (born December 1), she was practically built for adventure and optimism. Your new best friend is just one click away.
