Willow is a spayed female Shepherd/Border Collie blend with a striking black and white short coat. She is a medium-sized dog, approximately 10 months old, who is both vaccinated and house trained. Willow does not have special needs and is currently part of Carlton Rescue - Operation Puppy Love.
