Dog's Name: Ruby (RUB0526ALAFS) Estimated Breed: Standard Poodle Approximate Age: 1 year Approximate Weight: 55 lbs Currently Living at: Coming Soon Adoption Fee: $400 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Introducing Ruby! If you've been dreaming of a dog who checks all the boxes, it's time to meet Ruby! This gorgeous young Standard Poodle is truly the total package. Ruby is both housebroken and crate trained, making the transition into her forever home that much easier. Ruby loves people of all ages and is especially fond of children. She also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and wouldn't mind having a canine companion to share adventures with. However, she has previously lived with a cat that she liked to chase, so a home with dog-savvy cats or a cat-free home may be the best fit for this energetic girl. If you're in the market for the perfect companion, look no further. Apply today and you could be the lucky one to take this beauty home! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
