About Sunshine
Sunshine is one of three puppies rescued after nearly being sold at just eight weeks old. She’s believed to be a Labrador Retriever and Great Pyrenees mix, so expect a large and sturdy adult dog. Sunshine is vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped, and she’ll come with a spay appointment at six months. Her soft gray and cream coat is medium in length, and her gentle personality is already showing. Sunshine is playful, curious, and thrives on affection and cuddles. Because of her likely size and breed mix, Sunshine needs a home able to offer plenty of outdoor time and understands the needs of bigger breeds—think backyard, regular walks, and outdoor adventure. She’s already house trained and gets along well with dogs, cats, and children. Sunshine is in Van Nuys, CA, and interested adopters need to travel to meet her in person. With a birthday in early April, she’s an Aries—full of energy, warmth, and a strong spirit. What are you waiting for? Apply today!

Questions about Sunshine
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?

How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Sunshine’s likely large size and high energy level mean she’ll need a yard or regular access to outdoor areas for exercise and play. Walks, hikes, and other fun outings will help keep her happy and healthy.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Lab and Great Pyrenees mixes are often wonderful with children, and Sunshine already gets along with kids. She should be a great family companion with proper supervision and training as she grows.
