Meet Dante! This little cutie, along with Frida, were found wandering in/near Snyder Park in Springfield, OH. Fortunately, a community member spotted them and took them to another shelter, which then reached out to WagsInn! Now, both Dante & Frida are safe and sound and are being cared for in a foster home. The foster family has had a lot of fun getting to know both Dante & Frida, and they have really come out of their shell while in their care. Dante is approximately 2 years old, and weighs a whopping 8lbs! He is very timid of new people, but after some time together he builds trust and then becomes the BIGGEST snuggle buddy, as experienced by his foster family! He gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats. He loves to run and zoom around the yard, and has been doing well with house training. Because he is timid, he would do best in a quieter home with older children who can relax on the couch with him, or play in the backyard. He just needs some life experiences to learn that the world is to be explored - not feared! Dante is scheduled to be neutered on June 19th - but he's available for a meet and greet beforehand.
