Qori is a small tricolor (brown, black, and white) Chihuahua mix with a short coat. As a senior male, he has been neutered and is up to date on vaccinations. He is house trained and currently staying at Wags Inn Canine Charities. Qori does well with other dogs but prefers an adult-only home.

About Qori

This could be the start of something paw-some. Hi! I’m Qori! I’m an approximately 12-year-old Chihuahua mix that was surrendered by my family. I’m not letting that get me down though, I’m loving my time at WagsInn! You’ll find Qori loves to play with toys and explore the yard. He does well with other dogs but would prefer not to live with children, as he can have an attitude at times! If you’re looking for a spirited and loving companion who knows what he wants, Qori could be a wonderful match for an adult household. If he sounds like a good fit for your family, please note that you must live within 50 miles of WagsInn so a home visit can be conducted before adoption—his friends at the rescue want to ensure the home is perfect for him. Qori can’t wait to meet you! Make their next chapter their best one yet.

Questions about Qori

  • What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?

Chihuahuas thrive in homes where they get plenty of attention, whether it's a small apartment or a house. They do not require a large home, but benefit from a cozy, secure environment.

  • How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?

Chihuahuas do well with limited outdoor space and can get much of their exercise indoors. Short walks and a safe, enclosed yard are ideal but not required.

  • Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?

Chihuahuas are generally better suited to homes with older children or adults, as their small size and sometimes feisty temperament make them less ideal for homes with younger children.
