Nala’s a 3yo 8lb Yorkie mix. She’s dog and kid friendly. She doesn’t like cats. She’s housebroken. She’s used to a secure fenced in yard and would need work for harness leashed walks. She likes to play with toys, other dogs and be with her people, especially to cuddle. She’s a real snuggle bug and wants to be with her people as much as possible. Nala's foster requires where someone is home often, so not to be left for long periods of time, get tons of love and attention, be allowed on furniture to cuddle with her people and Benebones. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Nala as all dogs should have at least 2 weeks in their new home with just their people who live in the home and to not have people over for at least 2 weeks. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first. Nala has Epileptic seizures caused by stress which she is on medication for that will need to be on it for her life and be monitored. She’s vaccinated, spayed, hw negative and microchipped.
