Kaia is a sweet 3 year old Lab. She is house and crate trained and does well with other dogs and children. She has not been around cats. The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter at our vet (if not already spayed/neutered), microchip with lifetime registration, vaccinations (which include DHLPPC, Lyme, Bordetella & Rabies) dewormings and heartworm/lyme testing. If you are out of the area, you would be responsible to complete the vetting that has not been completed by the time of adoption. Kaia is participating in the cell dog program which is where the dog stays at the prison with a dog handler working on basic obedience and house, crate, and leash training. It’s an amazing program! We will start taking apps but she will be in the program for a few weeks so please be patient.
