Rescued from the side of a road in Springfield, I was skinny, scared, and all alone when kind people found me. No one knows how long I had been fending for myself, so I can be a little timid when meeting new people. But every day, I'm learning that the world isn't such a scary place after all. Born around 04/20/2024, I'm a handsome dark gray and white boy with a shorter tail that curves at the end. Once I feel safe, I'm incredibly sweet, cuddly, and full of love. One of my favorite ways to show affection is by rubbing against your legs and feet—and if you're lucky, I might even give your feet or ankles a few little licks to let you know you're my favorite human! I'm also fascinated by running water and love licking water from faucets whenever I get the chance. If you stand still for too long, don't be surprised if I decide your feet make the perfect place to sit. I like being close to my people. I get along well with most cats, dogs and kids as they're gentle and kind with me too. Because of my past, I can get a little anxious and overstimulated, especially with too much petting on my head at first. But I'm making great progress and growing more confident every day. I have the cutest little purring "talks" and am always happy to chat with you when I want attention. More than anything, I'm just a sweet boy looking for a patient family who will give me the love and security I've always deserved. My adoption fee is $75.
