About Clementine
Clementine is a five-year-old tortoiseshell cat with a gentle, loving spirit. She is litter box trained and feels comfortable with other cats, but dogs are a dealbreaker due to tough experiences in her past. Older children who give her gentle affection are her kind of people—she needs a home that understands patience. Clementine’s journey hasn’t been smooth. She survived a significant dog attack, and while her pelvic injury has healed, she moves carefully and doesn’t like being picked up. Because of her injury, she’s best in a calm, steady home. She’s on pain management medication, possibly long-term, though it hardly seems to slow her down. Clementine craves attention; she’ll greet you with soft stretches and press in for pets the moment you walk in the door. She wants a safe place to keep thriving and show her loving, snuggly side.
