There’s a certain wild freedom in my eyes—perhaps a remnant of the Highland hills my namesake once roamed. I’m Claire, mama to the Outlander litter, born around October 27, 2024, and though my story began in the shadows as a feral cat, I’ve come a very long way. The days of fear and hiding are behind me now; I’ve learned that gentle voices, kind hands, and a cozy home are far better than the wilderness I once called my own. I’m not a lap kitty—at least not yet—but I adore pets and scratches, especially when the world around me is calm and quiet. I get along beautifully with other cats and even the wee humans (kids, they call them). My tastes lean toward the finer things—a fresh diet, of course—and I’m most content watching my darling kittens pop in and out of their favorite cardboard box. Toys don’t interest me much, but watching life unfold around me does. With patience, love, and time, I know I’ll blossom even more. I’d make a wonderful companion for someone who works from home or enjoys peaceful days—someone who understands that love doesn’t always need to be loud to be deep.
