Tiger was returned to Good Mews with her longtime companion Midnight when their owner could no longer care for them. Sadly, Midnight was diagnosed with cancer and spent her final days in a loving hospice foster home, with Tiger faithfully by her side. After saying goodbye to her dear friend, Tiger came back to the shelter but was having a hard time adjusting to life without her companion. While she’s still finding her footing, we believe Tiger would thrive in a home with another calm, friendly cat to help her feel secure and loved again or even as a single cat, as long as her human provides her with a lot of attention. She is a lap cat and and is fine with being held. She loves people and just wants a human to call her own. Tiger has a gentle spirit and is ready for a fresh start. Could you be the one to give her the loving home she deserves? Tiger is currently in a foster home. Her foster parents have a dog and a cat and Tiger is doing well with them. They have not become buddies yet, but they do co-exist in the same space. Tiger does have asthma and is on Prednisolone Transdermal Ointment. She will need an adopter that can commit to her overall health and treatment. Tiger gets along with the dog and the other cat in her foster home!
