Kaido came into rescue when his previous owner hit the slammer. A family member took him in but knew he needed more space and a better family life. He was integrated pretty easily with my pack of medium and large male & female dogs however trying to introduce him to new dogs here has not proved successful. He should go to a home with no other dog home or someone very dog savvy to make introductions successful. Also, vet visits will need to be closely controlled. Not cat tested. Kid tested good. Other than his dogs-in- HIS-house issue, he’s a great dog! 2 years old, crate trained, and a great car rider. Will need leash & obedience training. Very velcro and doesn’t tear stuff up if left out while you are gone. Granted, this is in a home with many dogs so not sure about any separation anxiety if he is the only dog. The previous owner crated him when gone & he did fine. *Since we are 100% volunteer based, we ask for a $25 application fee to determine if the adopter is seriously interested in going through with an adoption.
