About Maisie
Maisie is about 14 weeks old and looks every bit the classic mixed Labrador puppy, sporting a short black and white coat. Her lineage is anyone’s guess—maybe some pit, shepherd, boxer, or others in the mix—but expect her to fill out to a sturdy medium or large size, probably between 40 to 60 lbs. Maisie is all about connection: playful, social, gentle, and easily drawn to people and other dogs. She’s great with kids and has spent time around cats without issue. Everything is new and interesting to her, so she’ll need time and consistency as she learns house, crate, and leash manners. Maisie and her siblings had it rough at the start—rescued by a brave young boy from a storm drain, then making a full recovery from a parvo scare. She’s now healthy, vetted, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated for everything that matters, dewormed, and on preventatives. Maisie is cleared by a licensed veterinarian and ready for a fresh start. She’s looking for a home that will keep up with her training and provide the love and structure a smart pup like her thrives on. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
