About Oakley

Oh Oakley. He's still finding his feet—literally. Oakley is a big, lanky pup, around seven months old, and he hasn't quite grown into his frame yet. That sometimes makes him clumsy, but his foster only has good things to say about his sweet, gentle nature. Thought to be an Anatolian mix, he's tall but just about 30 lbs for now. This is Oakley's first time living in a real home, and he's making the most of it—discovering the joys of toys, attention, and especially treats. He's incredibly food motivated and loves hiking, playing with people and other dogs, and being part of the action. At home, Oakley is all about snuggling up, finding his favorite bone, and sticking close. His pictures might make him look hard, but in real life, he's nothing but soft and affectionate. Oakley gets along easily with other dogs and is good with children as well. He's house trained, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. Oakley deserves to settle in with a forever family and leave his uncertain start behind. He’s waiting to finally relax and know he’s home for good. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
