Raven recently found herself at the shelter after her owner was no longer able to provide consistent housing. While she was understandably a little frightened at first, she’s slowly realizing that she is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who want the best for her. This petite mama is estimated to be around 7 years old and has already shown us what a sweet girl she is. Raven loves spending time with volunteers and happily soaks up attention and companionship whenever she can get it. Like many shelter dogs, she becomes distressed when it’s time to return to her run, and we can’t really blame her. She hasn’t had exposure to other dogs yet at the shelter but she was surrendered with another dog who has already been adopted. Raven is now spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and microchipped — ready for a fresh start with a family of her own.
