About Roxie

Roxie is a small bundle of energy and fluff, tipping the scales at just 16 pounds. As a miniature poodle, she was born on March 27, 2021, which makes her an Aries—no surprise she’s bold and charming. Roxie came into rescue with a unique back left paw, sporting just one toe, but this hasn’t slowed her down. She doesn’t seem to notice, and it gives her an extra splash of character. She’s dog friendly and has really found her groove with other pups in foster care. Roxie adores playtime, especially chasing toys with her dog friends, and has been learning to share attention with a little guidance from her foster. Boundaries and structure help her feel secure. Roxie is also house trained and settles into her kennel best when it’s calm and she gets a treat—though she’d always prefer to be with her people. People are truly Roxie’s favorite thing. She greets everyone like an old friend and is happiest as close to her humans as possible. She loves food, is playful, and has a personality that makes everyone laugh. Roxie does best with someone who knows poodles need lifelong grooming and is ready to keep up her curly coat. If you’re after a small dog with plenty of love, spunk, and a little extra quirk, Roxie is more than ready to brighten up your home. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
