About Ryder

Ryder is a tiny, resilient pup who’s bounced back from a hard beginning. He’s one of 25 dogs rescued from a tough situation in rural South Carolina, and although he lost a sibling to neglect, he and his remaining brothers and sisters get a little stronger every day. Ryder is playful and full of energy—quick to snuggle when things wind down and happy to settle in when it’s lights out. He isn’t house trained yet, but he’s already working on potty pad training and should adjust quickly once he gets his second round of DAPP shots. Ryder gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children, making him an easy fit for many homes. This little survivor is waiting for someone who’ll show him what a real family feels like. They say Aries pups like Ryder (born March 26) tend to be brave and upbeat. Ready to give a young dog the love and stability he deserves? Start your journey together! Apply now.
