PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally. Meet Shadow! Shadow is approximately 5 months old, 23 lb currently, and she is a mixed breed pup! She was left behind with her mama and siblings when her former family moved. In her foster home, she is working hard on her house training, crate training and leash walking. She could join households with kids 5+, other playful pups, and dog-savvy cats. Her foster says, "Shadow is a little timid, a little energetic, and a whole lot of love bug. On walks she may enter puppy mode occasionally and forget that you are there, but as soon as she realizes that she has lost sight of you because she some how ended up 3 ft in front of you, she is going to sit down and wait for you to get there. She enjoys playing with chewy toys and will happily work to remove squeakers from the inside of them so that the noise doesn't disturb you, but at the end of the day all she wants is to lay by your side on the couch and fall asleep watching your favorite show with you." She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on June 19.
