While she gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, Nellie would secretly love being the center of one special person’s world. She bonds deeply with her people and is happiest when she’s close enough for full skin-to-skin contact. This sweet girl can be a little shy when meeting new people, but underneath that cautious start is an easy-going pup with a heart of gold. Once she trusts you, her affectionate, silly personality shines through. Nellie has done well with crate training and is making progress every day, but she’ll still need a forever family committed to helping her continue learning house training and leash skills.
