Meet Clawdia! At just 1 year old, this beautiful girl has already completed her duties as a wonderful mother, raised her litter of kittens, and is officially ready to start her own exciting next chapter. Clawdia is incredibly trusting and absolutely loves people, but she is also a young girl at heart who is looking for a lifetime of fun. Because she has so much youthful energy and a social spirit, we are requiring that Clawdia go to a home with another young, playful kitty who is actively looking for a buddy to romping around and bond with. While Clawdia is social and confident once she settles in, new environments can feel a bit overwhelming to her at first. To help her succeed, she will need a home where she can start out in her own dedicated room to slowly and comfortably transition into the rest of the house. Because she appreciates a predictable environment during her settling-in phase, her forever home can have children aged 8 and older. She may also be okay living with a cat-friendly dog, provided they are given a very slow, patient introduction. Clawdia has given so much to her babies, and now she is ready to find a family (and a feline best friend!) who will pamper her and let her enjoy just being a loved, playful young cat. Clawdia's adoption fee is $225. *To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.* Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats. Once you have a confirmed appointment, you can monitor the adoption appointment calendar and move your appointment to an earlier opening should one become available.
