Ozzy is a maltese mix around 5 years old. You may remember him from having the 1.5 pound mass on his neck. Now look at him! Ozzy has blossomed into a wonderful, happy boy! We imagine he must feel 100x better. He is now a playful and loving boy who is living his best life. He would love to play with another pup. He met another dog and wanted to play play play!
