Meet Lottie! Lottie found an amazing foster home and now needs an adopter! Lottie is a fluffy little cloud with the gentlest soul. Lottie recently entered rescue after an accidental litter between two Great Pyrenees, and she has quickly become a favorite in her foster home. At around 30 pounds already, she will likely grow into a big, beautiful girl close to 100 pounds full grown. Lottie has the calm, thoughtful temperament that makes Great Pyrenees so special. She is observant, affectionate, and wonderfully gentle. Her soft "magic coat" is classic Pyr — even after a muddy outdoor adventure, she somehow brushes back into a bright white teddy bear again. She is doing incredibly well in foster care and already sleeps peacefully through the night in her crate with her favorite stuffed animals. She is nearly fully potty trained, loves playing with the other dogs in her foster home, and is eager to learn. So far she has mastered both "Sit" and the famous "Pyr Paw" (shake). She also gets along great with cats and loves children of all ages. Lottie would thrive with a family prepared for the intelligence, loyalty, and size of a Great Pyrenees. She has all the makings of an incredible companion: gentle nature, playful spirit, and a heart that simply wants to belong to someone.
