Affectionately nicknamed "Louie Vuitton" by his finder, Declan has a touch of designer charm to match his stylish looks. But underneath the fancy name is a soft, affectionate pup who loves the comforts of life-especially plush dog beds and a good collection of toys to keep him happily occupied. Declan is still small and delicate, so he would do best in a home without small children. He'll thrive in a quieter environment where his people understand how to handle a tiny dog safely and gently, and where he can feel secure and cared for. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs.
