Meet Starla! This 2 year old 11lb cutie came to us from the Houston area where she was given to our rescue partner. Her owner was unable to keep her and her sister (up for adoption separately!) Her foster mom says: Starla is so adorable and loving and deserves to be so loved and cared for. She is the perfect blend of sweet and spunky and with thrive in a home that can give her snuggles and comfort and a balance of and busy lifestyle. She is a gentle and smart girl who is already so well behaved. She is so smart and would love to learn some tricks. She adapts well to routines and enjoys a fellow dog in the home but would also be happy being your only fur babe. She likes to follow me around and check up on where our resident dog is throughout the day. She snuggles up on the couch and seems curious about toys but not much interest in playing with them. We head out for walks every few hours as our typical routine. Walks around the neighborhood, on the boardwalk and the beach. She eats dinner very well and respects personal space with our dog eating. She loves her crate and is perfectly fine when home alone in her crate. Her crate is a safe space for her. She also sleeps soundly overnight in the crate but would also happily snuggle in bed with you through the night. She is totally housetrained!" INTERESTED IN ADOPTING?
