SAPPHIRE - 6 years old, 55 pounds, house trained, playful, kid/dog friendly Sapphire is basically a twin to her canine sibling, Diamond, with gorgeous black and tan healthy fur. They were both surrendered when their owner lost their home. She is friendly, playful and loves to chase tennis balls. She's a bit more timid than her sis but still warms up when she feels trust and comfort. She retrieved tennis balls well and was excited to get some treats in return. Sapphire is a sweet girl who just needs an extra moment at your side. Like her sister, Sapphire can be trusted roaming free when left alone although she might whine a little. (She misses your company, right?!?!) She will also, like her sister, growl when another dog gets near her food. That's a good girl giving a warning to the other dog. GOOD GIRL!
