Meet Star, a sweet and gentle 3-year-old, 49-pound black-and-white beauty looking for a patient home where she can sparkle and shine! Once Star is in her comfort zone, she loves going outdoors to explore the world around her! She’d love a home where she can enjoy walks, sniffing adventures, and plenty of time outside. Star is a little shy when meeting new friends but once she gets to know you, she’s a very sweet girl who blossoms with patience and kindness! When introduced to another doggo in the shelter, Star was calm, neutral, and more interested in sniffing and exploring than socializing. A dog-to-dog meet is recommended for any resident dogs, and she may prefer calmer canine companions over very exuberant playmates! Star is the kind of dog whose quiet sweetness sneaks up on you. Give her the space and time she needs to settle in, and you’ll discover a loyal companion with a gentle heart just waiting to feel safe and loved! This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested?
