Meet Colt! Colt is a friendly, pup who greets visitors with enthusiasm and is always ready for a walk. Colt can be a bit shy at first but with a slow and gentle approach, he warms up in no time! Colt meets other dogs politely, though he can become a bit unsure during close interactions, so a dog-to-dog introduction is recommended to be sure it’s a good match. Colt is a bright, dog who’s ready to shine in a home that can guide his energy into his best self! This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff! Be sure to check the "shelter information" box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Michael R. Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
