Age: Approx 7 months old as of 5/15/26 Weight: Approx 20 lbs. Buddy, a mini golden doodle, is an owner surrender from Mississippi. A woman purchased him from a breeder for her elderly mother. After having him for a few days they realized that he is too much puppy for the mother and a trip hazard. Buddy is shy at first but warms up fairly quickly. He is super sweet and loving. He loves to play and would love to have another dog or children to play with in his new home. He is not yet crate trained and will bark if he can see you while he is crated. He prefers to sleep in the bed with his person at night. Buddy walks well with a harness and leash. He is pee pad trained. **As part of the donation, this puppy will participate in a spay/neuter program available through Anchor Paws Rescue. Once you have chosen a specific dog that you would like to adopt, if you would like to move forward with the adoption approval process, the next step would be to submit a $200 deposit donation. You can pay your deposit securely through PayPal at this link: Once we have your deposit, we will hold the dog for you while we process your application. If you are not approved to adopt, or we cannot provide the dog you are interested in, your deposit will be promptly refunded. If you are approved, the deposit is applied toward the total donation of the dog. If the dog you are interested in is not a good match, we will work with you to find another dog, and your deposit will be transferred to that dog. If you change your mind for any reason, your deposit is not refundable! Transport costs are normally included in the adoption donation, unless otherwise noted.
