About Bogie
Bogie came to the rescue after a tough start, having suffered neglect before he was pulled from Animal Control. When he arrived, he was dealing with a heavy flea infestation and the stains still linger on his coat and skin. Thanks to regular medicated baths, Bogie is on the mend and feeling better each day. Heās a small guy, currently weighing just under 12 pounds, and sports a soft, medium-length white and cream coat. With a birthdate around April 29, heās a Taurusātenacious and loyal, which fits him well. Heās shy at first, scarred by his past, but he warms up surprisingly fast if you offer kindness and patience. Even after a rough introduction, Bogie was dishing out kisses within a few hours. Heās neutered, microchipped, up to date on rabies, tested negative for heartworms, and has started his course of Parvo/distemper shots. He isnāt house trained yet, so bringing him home requires a willingness to teach and stick with it. Bogie gets along with other dogs and has a gentle, loving spirit, but he isnāt suited to homes with children. If you give him a chance, he'll pay you back with loyalty and affection.
